- Sign in with Apple identifier
- Email address (if shared via Apple)
We do not collect or store passwords.
b) User Content
- Voice recordings
- Audio files
- Transcribed text
- AI-generated notes, summaries, and rewrites
- Document and image attachments you upload
This content is created and controlled by you.
For attachments, we may also store basic file metadata (such as file type, file size, and upload timestamp) required to provide storage and sync features.
c) Usage & Diagnostic Data
We collect limited technical data to improve reliability and understand website usage:
- Crash reports and diagnostics via Firebase Crashlytics
- Website visit and interaction analytics via Google Analytics (only after consent)
We do not use analytics for advertising or marketing purposes.
d) Subscription Information
Subscriptions are processed by Apple and RevenueCat.
We do not store credit card or payment details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide voice-to-text and transcription services
- Generate AI-powered notes and summaries
- Store and sync your content
- Store and sync your document and image attachments
- Maintain app performance and security
- Manage subscriptions and access
Your data is used only to deliver core app functionality.
3. AI & Third-Party Processing
To provide transcription and AI features, we securely transmit certain data to trusted third-party providers:
Transcription Providers
- AssemblyAI
- Deepgram
AI Processing Provider
- Google Gemini
These providers receive only the data required to process your request (such as audio or text).
Document and image attachments are stored for your use in the app and are not consumed or processed by AI/transcription providers as part of this attachment feature.
Your data is:
- Encrypted in transit
- Used only for processing
- Not sold or shared for advertising
We do not send unnecessary personal information.
4. AI Training & Model Use
We do not use your audio, text, or notes for training AI models.
We also do not use document or image attachments for AI model training.
Our third-party providers are contractually required not to use your data for training or research purposes.
Your content remains private to your account.
5. Data Storage & Hosting
User data is securely stored on servers hosted by Hostinger.
We use industry-standard security practices to protect stored information.
Access to production systems is restricted and monitored.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Notes & Content
- Deleted notes are moved to Trash
- Deleted attachments are moved to Trash
- When permanently deleted from Trash, they are removed forever
- No backups are retained
Accounts
- Account deletion requests are processed within 7 days
- All associated data is removed after this period
Once deletion is completed, recovery is not possible.
7. User Consent & Transparency
Before using transcription or AI features, users are informed that:
- Audio and text will be sent to third-party AI providers
- Data is processed for app functionality
- Document and image attachments are stored for app functionality and are not processed by AI providers as part of this feature
- No training or advertising use occurs
Users must provide consent before data is shared.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Request deletion
- Delete your account
- Withdraw consent
These actions can be performed within the app or by contacting us.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
